FALL THROWBACK FIT: THESE BOOTS WERE MADE FOR WALKIN’

Something about the changing of the seasons gives me a extra pep in my step and giddiness to my day. Whether it’s winter to summer or vice versa, fall and spring hold special places in my heart as times when change seems more possible and tangible than ever. As we’re finally getting to see some blooms on the trees, it has me reminiscing on when those same trees were changing colors back in November. To honor that, here’s a fall outfit I took for a stroll around campus!

Textures and colors and boots, oh my! I love how the leather and flannel complement yet contrast each other, one adding a pop of color that refreshes the entire look. Not to mention, the yellow in my shacket was almost the exact shade of all the maple leaves on the ground!

Shoutout to my friends Maggie Evers and Elizabeth Ballew for taking these pics! What started as a Journalism school project turned into a blog post…#TheMissouriMethod.
